In Settings->Cellular you can see a list of all of your apps and toggle cellular data on and off for each. Also, each app in the list will be shown with how much cell data it has used since the last time you reset the usage counters (which you can do whenever you want by going to the bottom of the list of apps and pressing Reset Statistics.
