Don't carry your phone in your back pocket. It pains me daily seeing people carrying their phone in their back pocket. It is easier to steal from you back pocket. And it is also the #1 cause of phone water damage, by dumping your phone in the toilet.
If at all possible do not carry your phone in your back pocket.
