If you’re trying to become less addicted to your phone like me, here’s something to try; I recently discovered the existence of several apps that let you track how often you’re unlocking your phone. They also map out how often and how long you’re using particular apps. You can set notifications to update you on usage so you don’t lose track of time. It helps force you to turn off your screen and enjoy the real world! Also, it helps save your battery.
On Android I’ve been using QualityTime, but there are also equivalent iOS apps.
