I do not have a land line and I rely on my cellphone for everything. I always want a good nights rest but have the phone ring just in case if someone wants to get a hold of me during emergency situations.
In settings, under sounds & notfications, tap on 'do not disturb' and in schedule, you can set when the phone will automatically go into silent mode.
In select priorities, you can select what you want to get notification from when the the phone is in 'do not disturb' mode.
