Now in the new iphone IOS8 you can add a medical ID accessible in an emergency setting which will include information such as birthdate, height, weight, and blood type. You can also add emergency contacts. You can do this by:
1.) Under the Health App, tap on Medical ID
2.) Input your information and hit save.
3.) In your emergency call setting, click Medical ID to see your information.
