Device Protection plan is a must for a new phone or a tablet. I had my phone & my son's phone replaced in the past with no problem. There is a fee involved but it's worth it. Phones & tablets are prone to accidental damages with constant use so why take a chance. On my account with Fido, I have 2 phones & 2 tablets all with device protection plan.
