There are blue light filter apps that can be downloaded and installed on phones for free. Use these apps especially when using your phones at night times to filter out blue light emitted from the screen. According to scientific findings, blue light among all colours of the light spectrum most powerfully disrupts the eyes and circadian rhythm.
