update your iphone

hi i wantto know if i can update my phone to the iphone 5 with out having to renew my plan.I have done 1 year and two months of my plan

Two options:
1) pay to terminate your current contract. Then you can sign a new 3 year contract and get the new iPhone discounted.
2) pay full price for iPhone. Don't have to change your contract.
