You will be fine. Unlike voice calls, text and data do not have artificially limitations imposed to restrict usage to certain geographic areas. As long as you are on the Fido/Rogers network, data is data and text is text. Answer your phone while you are in TO, however, and you will be charged long distance. Make a call back to Vancouver while you are in TO and you will be charged LD too. Assuming you don't go over your bucket of data nor your included number of texts, you are fine for data and text in Toronto.
