data usage doesn't add up

I recently switched to fido from Bell. I had 20 GB of data with bell and never went over 10GB.  With Fido I have 40 GB but I am constantly hitting almost the full 40. I don't understand as I use the same aps and nothing has changed. Not sure why Fido is constantly eating up my data, I make sure I always close out of my apps so they're not running in the background.

Welcome to the community!

You will have to check your device to see which apps are using up the data, are you using an iPhone or an Android device? You might also want to see if WiFi Assist is enabled and disable that.
