Server not responding?

hi people .

im using a iphone4 ios 5.0.1. i cant connect to the 3g network and always get a "safari cound not open the page because the server is not responding"  any solution for this thing?

Have you tried resetting your network settings? Then power cycle

Have you try a soft reboot...hold home  button + power button until apple logo appears then release both?
