Samsung Galaxy S6 Connectivity Issues

Hi,

Few days ago, I start to have issues to connect the internet with my Samsung Galaxy S6. Everything works fine when I use Wifi but none with Fido network.

I checked under settings if my mobile data is still on and yes, it is.

Any help to fix this issue will be appreciated ?

Couple of questions here:

Is it an official Fido phone or an unlocked phone?

If you restart the device completely, does it persist once it connects back to the network?

Also, all of the other services work fine?
