SIM Activation

I'm a participant level 1
I'm a participant level 1

When I enter the new SIM  card number to activate my card I get the message that it is not associated with the account. The number I am using is the number found on the card that the SIM  was attached to. I have powered down and reinserted my SIM  to no help. Any advice?
