I called into Fido 3 days ago informing that a competitor had sent me a very strong Black Friday offer - a new-ish refurbed iPhone and 20 Gb of data all for $40/mo. I really don't need the 20 Gb of data - use less than half of my current 10 Gb but could use a newer iPhone (current battery is weak). Got royal run around, switched to 3 different departments everyone tried to sell me on much bigger more expensive monthly package (which I don't need) and then finally said - Nope nothing we can do for you. So I asked do I just leave Fido then? They said check back in on Nov 19. I did by Chat this time and again got transfered to 3 different Departments each time having to share my story until I got another Nope nothing we can do for you - you will have to reach out the 4th Department. To this I said no you call them and have them call me as I have wasted enough time already. And from this the CSR promptly replied
I'm not able to arrange for a call back of this type unfortunately
than said have a lovely evening
and then hung up on me in the span of seconds!!
So yeah I'm coming to Fido to see if they want to keep the 4 lines I have on my account and this is the treatment I get?!? Anyone at Fido give a **bleep** and interested to keep me as a Customer?? Respond here if you are otherwise you might be seeing much less of me and the big payments I make each month!!!
