Can you access the web? If so then you should be able to send and receive MMS. If you can access the web but are still unable to send and receive MMS, I suggest you contact us. Your profile might not be updated on our end.
However, if you cannot access the web, that means you haven't properly configured the APN settings. For help configuring your settings, you can follow the steps in this Thread
