Proof of Purchase/Receipt

I upgraded my cellphone one year ago didn't pay it in full i'm paying it month by month along the plan ,but I need the Proof of the device Purchase/Receipt I went through the app and web site but couldn't find anything.

Hello @DavidQuijas,

When you did the device financing you would have gotten an email confirmation that email would also contain a PDF of the device information (proof of purchase).
