So I am on my phone since one hour trying to get someone to help me for my voicemail and so far I have been authenticated two times and waiting for the third person to be able to help me for my voicemail. First person took nearly half an hour to be able to get nothing done.
I was scammed recently and called the anti fraud few weeks back and I am still waiting to get a call back. The first agent told me to do a follow-up as it is my account.
how can I even do a follow up when you are being directed to a voicemail. These people are so unknowledgeable and unprofessional there. No one is able to resolve an issue yet it is to the service that we are directed.
Dear Fido, people have a life- work and family- we don't have one hour to waste because your customer service dept is not able to resolve any issue.
please provide training and level up your poor level of customer service!
