No calls allowed- invalid number message

Hi I have the LG g7 Thinq
my date works no problem as i set it up yesterday night...but i can 't make a single call or receive one. 
It says invalid number
Is there a way to set up for calls.
The device is unlocked

Can you provide some more information?

Where did you get the phone from?

Was the SIM working before you setup the phone? The invalid number message does that happen if you call your own number?

Hi ameurk!

The first thing to do, is to check if your cell phone is connected to Fido in the mobile carrier section in parameters section. The next step to do is to remove sim and reinsert the sim in tray. The 3rd step is to reboot phone. If not working, you need to chat with Fido, the sim can be faulty, or your cell phone cannot connect to network. You can chat with a Fido rep', by clicking Support Section at Fido.ca.
