Nexus 4 memory issue

 Interested in buying nexux 4 but it does not have external memory. How much memory is available for use in 16 GB nexus 3 model?

Any one has info. on that let me know. Thanks

What's up with the bold and large font, lol. On topic, the memory should be around 13GB or less since you never get a full 16GB.
