MMS with unlocked iphone 4

Hi I have an unlocked iphone 4 but still use my fido plan, which has no data plan...if i get the "100 picture and video messages" for $5 will that still work or am i just waisting money...

i mean i have wifi, so i dont understand why i cant send mms msgs, it keeps saying "your message was not sent. tap try again to send this message"

anyone know what i can do??

you cant sent mms over wifi, its over a cellular network only.

for the iphone, i believe you need data for mms to work, i could be wrong though, but its just the way the APN's are layered.
