I have upgraded my phone with Samsung S10e CPO, and it showed it will be shipped within 2-5 business days while submitting the order. After 2 days received an email saying it will be shipped within 1-2 weeks and now its been more than 2 weeks and no update on my order! This is very disappointing as I was not informed about the delay while submitting the order and I have travel plans coming up very soon and still have not received the device. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It's most likely the device is back-ordered that's why you got the second email and it's most likely still on back-order if you did not get a shipping email as yet. You will have to contact customer service directly and they can look up your account and better advise you.
