Hi! I got a new phone a few days ago because I had lost my old phone. I don't believe my old sim was cancelled as I cannot receive any texts or calls. How can I fix this

Welcome to the community!

 

If you got the new phone from Fido the SIM card it comes with is pre-activated and you would need to complete the activation process by following the instructions here.

 

Since you lost your phone and do not have the old SIM you would need to contact customer service and they can update your account with the new SIM card.
