Does Fido still provide technical support for mobile customers?

Does Fido still provide technical support for mobile customers? If so, what's the phone number? "Jack" is a waste of time, I want to speak to a real support agent.

Hello @dfkettle they do just call customer service and they will be able to assist you if its something that needs to be handled by a technician they will connect to you one that can further assist you.

What sort of support do you need for your mobile device? Maybe someone in the community might be able to help.

My voice mail suddenly stopped working. I don't know exactly when, but a few days ago someone told me she tried to leave a voice msg when I didn't answer, but just got a message saying my voice mail box was unavailable or something to that effect. Is there some way to fix this without having to spend hours on hold waiting to speak to someone in tech support?
