Blackberry 9360 freezes- Take a while to save contacts

I just bougth a brand new FIDO BB 9360. After receiving incoming calls when I try to save contacts in BB's address book, the device freezes on me, sometimes it takes good 30 seconds or so, before someting gets saved. It is frustrating and affects my productivity. I never had this issue with other BB devices. I checked the softwars, it is up to date.

Hey amitkalia!

Have you tried to restore the device as new? It may be a software bug which would be resolved by a restore.

@ Community : Does anyone have another idea?
