30 days wait time

I just got a new activation with fido yesterday, but at that time I had no plan to buy a phone. But today when I tried to add a phone to my account, it's showing me that I have to wait for 30 days to get a phone.


please help me out.


Good morning @khush1450 and welcome to the community.  As we are not Fido customer service representatives, I would suggest that you contact Fido support through one of the methods Here to arrange a device purchase. My go to is trying fidosolutions on Twitter or Facebook and interacting with an agent. Having said that, any of the above methods will help you. Cheers
