Customer service via chat and call is awful. Managers are not trained properly and are rude. No one tries to help at all. Horrendous!

I hate being harassed by Fido robo-callers. I got another call from 8778669930 again today. They call me every day. Sometimes they call several times.  I ask them to stop calling me and they keep calling me. I've talked to support people and they assure me it will stop but it does not stop. They keep calling me.  This is harassment. 

I will never ever do business with Fido again.
