My concern is, if i do not use 50 mintues and 50 text messege..then it would be carry forward to next month use and continoues.

it may be better to call Fido or other carrriers to see an postpaid/prepaid plan best for low usage min/txt like 50min/50txt. all i know is that in the usa and other countries there is roll over mins/txt, too bad we do not have this here.

The services do not carry forward, they start over again every month on your billing cycle date.
