I reserved an iphone like few weeks ago and received an email telling me that the phone has been shipped with an UPS tracking number and the phone will be retained until 09/Oct.
I went to the store and they said the phone has not arrived, and ask me to go again until they call me.
what is the point of that email ?
Fido is really a company as they do not care about anymore
I wonder which phone company really treating customers as a customers !
