After being a Fido Customer for over 10 years I think it's time to move on.Was on messenger all day trying to get an answer on upgrading my plan and phone.Right now my wife and I are on the bring your own phone plans(both phones bought outright from Fido).I was looking to go to the iPhone se and upgrading to the double your data $50 (1g) plan.After waiting app 7 hours through various replies ( the final one being a bit long on attitude) was informed it was only for new lines and if I wanted to get another line I could have that price.Its good to see that a brand new customer is more important to Fido than one who's spent thousands on plans,phones,etc.Time to move on.
