Recently, I switched back to Fido... and for the payment of my first bill, I added my credit card for pre-authorized payments after talking to a customer representative...guess what? My bill wasn't deducted and instead late fee is charged for the payment of next bill... even they told me that the 50$ extra charge for the first bill will be credited for my next bill but that didn't happen too!!
Also, I bought home internet plan at 50% off offer ... was waiting for the modem but it wasn't delivered to me because of some reasons.... I called them regarding this then they told me the offer is no longer available and I didn't get it.... truly disappointed by the service 😕
