I have been having on and off data issues where it will work and then wont again for about 8 months. Multiple conversations with the tech team, ultamatly was told to upgrade and get a new sim. I did both buying a iphone 15pro and getting a new sim and im still having issues 2 months later. Fido cant fix the issue and wont give me a discount, refund or let me out the contract for the phone they told me to buy! Its even a struggle to call fido because my phone randomly disconects. I used my wifes sim ( She is with Bell) and had NO ISSUES so this is a Fido service issue and not my phone or sim.
long story short im telling everyone with ears not to trust fido, switched my family over 4 years ago and now they are switching to other services .

Hi @Michaelmcphers3 , that sounds frustrating. I don't have a solution for you, but maybe try turning off 5g on your device. Fido doesn't offer 5g and some devices may default to that. Just a thought.
