I get a notification "login required" and when I click on it nothing happen, I tried everything rebooted the phone, resetting network, clearing cache I even switched phones and the problem presist, this started yesterday evening and it's on today

My data doesn't work when I switched from prepaid to postpaid. Only work once when I was at Fairview Mall. The store manager along with tech support . It shows my usage is about 37 MB. Now, three weeks past and still not resolved. The joke was the store sales person at 808 yorkmills road told me to buy more data.
