Fido took money through Interac Online, but did not refill my prepaid fido account

Hi, I just tried to pay 62.22 dollars through Interac from RBC branch and in the first try, it said it was error. So I just paid again but it was error once again! When I checked my band account, 124.44 dollar was missing! What should I do?
