FIDO has been deceiving me since November 2023.
Does not transfer the money I paid $56.87 from the old account to the new account that they opened.
In this case, a penalty is charged for non-payment.
Every time the agents claim that they are working on it and need another week, then 2-3 weeks, and now it’s already 3-4 weeks.
Nothing is being done, and I will be forced to seek help from the World Internet Society, which will evaluate the work of the FIDO company.
