Hi Guys! I have a strange issue with my fido SIM.
I switched to fido from Fizz in November 2020 and kept the same number which was with fizz.
Since I have joined fido. My caller ID is not showing up on another phone whenever I am making calls to them.
Till now, I tried below things,
1) Turn on / Turn off "Show Caller ID" option
2) Reset my whole device
3) Try to use that SIM card in other two devices all with a different brand.
4) In Fido account, checked/changed my caller ID name as I wanted.
5) Called Fido customer support.
I tried all possible options available on the internet and suggested by Fido customer support. But, still, nothing is working. I am fed up with not showing my caller ID to another phone for three months. Please help me out if you can.
