signed up for 50% off

hello

on december 11th I signed up at a fido store for the 150u 50% promotion plus a $100 giftcard

i got my bill to be paid by december and on the bill it says internet offer - 12 mths (value of $47.17)

in the paper the rep gave me it says 50% but it seems i did not get the 50% off, what happened?
