I have registered for a new home internet promotion 150mbps on Dec 5 through live chat. The agent told me that I will receive an e-mail shipping information in 24hrs. However, 24hrs have passed and I still did not get an e-mail. I don't even know if the modem has been shipped out yet. I also created a fido internet account using my email thats on file and the account has nothing on it except it shows Overview and Profile & Settings
Sorry to learn you haven't gotten an update yet. Make sure to also check your Spam / Junk folder in case the email was directed there. If you still haven't received anything, we'd need to follow up on your account to see what's going on.
