The firmware that was offered as a trial is being pushed to production, so in other words, everyone should be on either 18.104.22.168T6 (CODA) or 22.214.171.124T6 (AMF). Feel free to send over your info and we'll push the new trial firmware to your modem in/when available.
The new firmware includes the following features and enhancements:
If you’re interested in participating, all you have to do is send a private message to @FidoSolutions with the subject line “Fido Home Internet Wi-Fi Modem Firmware Trial”. A member of the Community Crew will contact you with further instructions.
It’s the first time we do something like this, so this is pretty exciting! Once you've received the new firmware, please provide your feedback directly in the feedback thread created for this. We’re really looking forward to hearing what you think of the new firmware!

From the *search bar * in the Community, you can simply put in FidoSolutions
From there, you will have the options to check the **posts or users**.. You can click on USERS
From there, you will find the FidoSolutions profile and you will have the option to send a Private Message.
Can you try that on your end and let me know if everything works?
Looking to try this. I'm desperate to get my internet working well. It started with the 5G flashing in and out and now the 2G is doing it as well...I have so much running on wifi in my home, this has been endlessly frustrating for me. Hoping this will fix it.
Hello Fido team.
I picked up my replacement modem today, the CODA model. Current software version is 126.96.36.199T6. I would like to get the latest update installed since it includes the Intel traffic management patch. If someone could message me that would be greatly appreciated.

At this time the trial has ended. The firmware we were testing is being pushed to all customers as it's now becoming the in-market firmware!
