Complaint about fido scam

i am a new customer and recently transfered to fido from other service provider. When i chated with the fido service guy online Ashima, he or she told me that i could have additional FREE 1000 international calls. After i received my service agreement, it said 1000 international calls cost 3$. When i canceled this service, although the fido service guy told me he canceled it, but i still received the summary of bill stating that i still subscribe the 1000 international call for 3$. This is unfair and unjustic for a service provider to do so. i am so disappointed about fido service.

The best way to resolve your issue and hopefully your frustration is to have a conversation with customer support. Here is the link to to contact support services. I would suggest you call *611 from your device or contact fidosolutions on X (Twitter) to request assistance on your billing issue. Hoping for a solution for you.

thank you for your quick response and information. i have tried the support services, and it still refered me to the customer support. I feel frustrated and don't know what to do.
