Before I left Canada and returned to my country, I called Pido customer service and canceled my Canadian phone service. However, this month the usage fee was charged again. Of course, I didn't use Fido last month. Please explain to me what happened and cancel my Canadian phone call.

Sorry to hear of your situation. You should note, though, this forum is community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We would not have access to customer accounts. We would not know what happened. If you wish to verify your cancelled services, you would need to re-contact customer service. I understand you are no longer in Canada. They do offer a number which can be called from abroad. They can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
