I got an email comfrimation for my change of plan and the day after just like an add saying congratulation for your new phone.. not sure if those are an order confirmation or not.
I pre-ordered the new iphone 13 pro max yesterday. And was just wondering what was the difference between pre-ordering or using the reservation system ?

I order me iphone 5S 16gb via the reservation system september 20 at 11:00am . My position in line was 387.Now, 2 weeks later i'm only #280!!Why does it take so long ? Where are you guys in line position?

It may take a cpuple days to get the confirmation. I pre-ordered my iphone 13 pro max on september 19.. got the confirmation 4 days later and I received my new phone on launch day (friday)
Yes I did but a couple days later. I pre-ordered September 19 and got the confirmation email 4 days later. I did receive my phone on launch day (friday).
