I odered my phone on July 24th and was told it was backordered for  2-3 weeks. Its now over 3 weeks and I still have yet to hear anything except for a hardware backorder email. Do you guys not previed updates and when can I expect the S20 FE?

I ordered the same phone on the 25th. I still haven't received my phone or gotten any updates on ETA and it has been over a month!

I'm sad to read that you haven't received your phone yet. Ideally, we don't want you to wait too long for a new phone.

 

That said, have you checked your spam/junk email folder, just to make sure any updates we may have sent you didn't end up there?

 

If yes, I suggest you contact us using one of the methods here to get an update. You can also request a PM from the community for support as well.

Hello @Kirsten3,

 

Fido isn't preventing upgrades that's not the case at all, a lot of devices are on backorder because of shortages that resulted from COVID. I'm sure they will send you the device as soon as they receive stock.
