After choosing the type of data top up I would like, it sends an automated we will let you know when it is ready. It has been a few days and is still not ready. I want to top it up before it reaches 100%. Obviously this is a problem that will end up charging me more if not rectified by your team.

Usually when adding a data top-up, an SMS confirmation will be received to confirm the changes. The same process applied when removing it. Since you did mention experiencing some troubles doing so, we'll be sending you a PM to have a closer look at it together.
