Fido sim card with Rogers phone

I just purchased a iPhone 4 with Rogers but I have a Fido sim card that I was using with my old iPhone. Would the sim card be able to work inside the Rogers phone? Or would I have to unlock it?

Hey everyone!

I'd like to add a little update since I came across this post

So far Fido and Rogers have locked their phones separately, therefore just inserting a sim card from the other company in the phone will not work, the phone needs to be unlocked to be used with the other provider.

If it has never been activated before some Rogers iPhones can be activated and used with a Fido SIM. If it's been used /activated on Rogers then it will have to be unlocked to be used with Fido.
