I've noticed my Hitron CGN3AMF modem is using outdated firmware (version 4.5.8.17). According to this thread Rogers has been pushing newer firmware since the beginning of the year, and at least one Fido customer was able to get the update from Rogers...

I placed an online request for fido interenet this morning, and chose the "pick up at store" option. I'm not sure what I need to do now. Should I wait for the modem to be shipped to a local store (which one?) or are modems always available, and I can...
