Horible service

I ordered new Samsung device z fold 4 on boxing day deal 23rd December 2024 its been more then 1 month approx 33 days I am still waiting for my device and no update given by fido, horrible service I seen so far, highly non-recommended carrier. If you don't not have enough devices then why you taking order from us ? Insane service . I am planning to switch with another company now.

Hi @Shaileshahir700 , sorry your device hasn't arrived yet. The demand for devices cannot always be predicted. Sometimes it's the supplier who cannot fulfill all the orders from the carriers. The backlogs have to be conveyed from the supplier to the carrier and then to the customer. I'm not saying that's the issue, but it's likely that the supplier doesn't know when their stock will be replenished and cannot provide a date so they don't.
