Hi
I have 2 lines running smoothly for 2 years. Recently I've been charged with unusually high bill . Some one added Fido Pulse 6GB - Extra Large to both lines resulted more than 120$. He changed email and address . I tired to call and they rest my plans back but no clear answer how this matter will be investigated or I will get refund . I changed back email address and surprised how easy to change without email confirmation or even SMS notification . Please help
