Apartment using MIrcom intecom system TX3. The intercom systems rings my IPhone 5s, but when I press 9 to unlock front door nothing happens. Any ideas?
Turns out it was an issue with the intercom system. They brought in a technician, he changed one letter in my name and it worked. They still weren't sure why. He was also able to turn up the intensity of the DTMF signal. Thanks for the help!
Thanks for the reply Cawtau. I came across all that same information as well. I'm using an old IPhone 5s which may be the problem. But it seems odd that I'm the only one with the problem as most people use smartphones these days and not home phones.
