Please, I need to know why you hire such a lousy shipping company that leaves Fido’s name wrong? I bought a cell phone from Fido, which I’m waiting for to arrive today, all day waiting for a message from that company Purolator saying that no one was home. They didn’t call the cell phone or dial my apartment number. They’re liars! I ask Fido, how are you going to solve my order delivery problem? I’m not going anywhere to pick it up, because you agreed to send it to me, so please put that shipping company to work or hire another one.
