I just wanna take some time to share my thoughts and experience regarding the subject in mention. Customer from April 2009 until November 2024.

I had 2 lines. 45$ (30go) and 35$ (25go) was latest plan. During the last 5 month I didnt want/need that much data, I've asked if i was eligible to better and cheaper plan, for instance like this black friday 2024, 29$ (20go), FIDO said "its for new activation (new customer)". 

I wonder how come you have better offer for your new customer but zero rewards or offer for your loyal customer??

FIDO kept proposing, expensive plan, phone upgrade, credit card, rogers internet. FIDO didnt listen at all of what I was saying.

In the end, I left FIDO. 2 days after FIDO called and asked me why I left even though, I quote, I was a VIP. They said they will call me later in the day to propose a better offer. FIDO DIDNT CALL BACK!

 

So disappointing.

Exact same expérience here. After 15 years with 2 lines I'm now with Fizz.
